Watchmen Chat connects you with Christian spiritual guides for one-on-one private text chat. Guides offer scripture-grounded reflection, prayer, and prophetic insight. They are not licensed therapists, doctors, lawyers, or financial advisors.

You must be 18 or older to use the service.

The conversations on Watchmen Chat are for personal reflection and spiritual encouragement only. They are not a substitute for professional advice in medical, mental health, legal, financial, or any other regulated domain.

We make no guarantees about predicted outcomes. Take what serves you, leave the rest, and seek a qualified professional for any decision that materially affects your wellbeing.

If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a licensed mental-health professional in your country.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@watchmen.chat if you suspect unauthorized access.

One person, one account. Sharing accounts or creating multiple accounts to abuse the free trial may result in suspension.

New verified accounts receive a 3-minute free trial. After it expires, you may purchase credit packages to continue chatting. Credits are measured in minutes of chat time and do not expire.

Pricing is shown at checkout in USD. Payment is processed by PayPal under their terms.

Credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase, prorated for any minutes already consumed. Email support@watchmen.chat with your transaction ID to request a refund.

We may also issue goodwill refunds at our discretion in cases of technical failure on our end (chat disconnects, guide no-shows, etc.).

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse guides or other users
• Share content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or dangerous
• Attempt to bypass payment, abuse trials, or scrape the platform
• Impersonate another person
• Solicit guides off-platform to avoid fees

Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

The Watchmen Chat brand, website design, code, and ebooks are our intellectual property. You may not copy or resell them without written permission.

Messages you exchange with guides remain yours. By using the service you grant us a limited license to store and display them for the purpose of running the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watchmen Chat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may close your account any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Unused credits will be refunded prorata except in cases of serious violation.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to registered users 14 days in advance.
